| 1 | Heat oil in non stick skillet on meduim heat, add celery, and carrots and cook for approx 2 minutes, add onions and cook for approx 2 minutes, add peppers, and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Mix hoisin sauce and soya sauce, and add to skillet, and cook for approximately 2-4 minutes until vegetables are tender crisp. Top Balsmati Rice with this side dish, and it is delicious |
