Preheat oven to 325-250 degrees

Cream sugar and butter and margarine

Add and Beat yogurt and eggs into creamed mixture

Add salt and vanilla and beat

Sift soda, baking powder and flours together

Add dry ingredients to yogurt, eggs, sugar, and butter mixture.

Form into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap and refidgerate for half hour.

Roll out on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.

Bake in oven until bottom of cookie is slightly brown and when cookie is touched it does not leave imprint.

Cool on rack.
