cupMargarine, light, soft, at room temperature

cup (8 fl oz)Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt

cupwheat flour, wholewheat pastry

cupsflour, all purpose mix
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 325-250 degrees
2Cream sugar and butter and margarine
3Add and Beat yogurt and eggs into creamed mixture
4Add salt and vanilla and beat
5Sift soda, baking powder and flours together
6Add dry ingredients to yogurt, eggs, sugar, and butter mixture.
7Form into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap and refidgerate for half hour.
8Roll out on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
9Bake in oven until bottom of cookie is slightly brown and when cookie is touched it does not leave imprint.
10Cool on rack.
