Pulse almond meal, flax meal, shredded coconut, protein powder and xylitol in a food processor

use double boiler to melt coconut oil, butter, and baking chocolate and add vanilla

once melted, mix with dry ingredients until it''s a paste

chill in refrigerator until hardened, or one hour
