1mix half the flour with enough water to make a medium batter.
2mix in the sourdough starter you have (about 1/2 cup is sufficient)
3leave it to ferment for at least 12 hours
4when it''s bubbly, add the salt and honey and mix in more of the flour until it''s a fairly soft dough.
5let it rise until it''s about 1-1/2 times the initial size, then divide and create loaves.
6let loaves rise until they are 1-1/2 to 2 times their unrisen size, then bake at 425 until the crust is brown and they sound hollow (30-40 minutes)
