1In a shallow bowl, Whisk the egs, puree and Cinnamon. (You can use bananna, pineapple, sweet potato, pumkon, carrot or butternut squash puree) Add the bread slices and turn them in the mixture to soaf for 30 seconds to 1 minute
2Coat a nonstick griddle or large non stick skillet with cooking spray and set it over medium high heat. Add Margarine when pan is hot, Add bread when margarine sizzles, Cook until golden brown on the outside 2-3minues per side. Serve warm with syrup, confectioners sugar or fruit. Optional flaxseed meal when cooking.
