Water chestnuts - canned

brown sugar

Soak 35 toothpicks in cold water.

Preheat oven to 375F degrees.

Wrap one half strip of bacon around water chesnuts EACH, roll and secure with a toothpick. Then bake for 20 minutes, using a shallow pan.

In a small bowl combine brown sugar, mayonaise, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Stir until well blended.

Brush each chesnut with sauce and bake for 15 minutes.
