Sequence Step
1Combine water and yeast in mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes. Combine proofed yeast, with flour and water. Mix until combined.Knead dough for 10 minutes.
2Place dough back into bowl and cover with a damp towel. Rest until dough doubles in size (about 2 hours).
3Remove dough from bowl. Divide into 2.3 ounce portions. Shape into desired roll. Place on sheet tray and cover with damp towel.
4Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Let proof for an additional 30 to 60 minutes until rolls are double in size.
5Bake until done (30-40 minutes). Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
