Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and boil.
Mix soups and sour cream together, set aside.
Crumble Ritz crackers and melt butter.
Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 dish.
Layer in this order: Chicken, soup mixture, crackers, butter, and Poppy seed.
Bake about 45 minutes until center is hot.
