Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients up to coconut sugar. Add sugar and blend. Mash bananas 1/4 c of coconut and mix in remaining ingredients other than apple and rest of milk. Mix with spoon the dry ingredients. Should have the consistency of cookie dough. you will need some or all of the remaining coconut milk to achieve cookie dough consistency as coconut flour absorbs milk quickly. Fold in apples then spread in 8x8 pan that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes
