1Preheat oven to 375.
2Cream room temperature butter and splenda together. Add eggs one at a time and mix.
3Grind almonds.
4In a separate bowl mix, ground almonds, oat bran, salt, protein powder and baking soda.
5Add dry mixture 1/2 cup at a time to wet mixture and blend.
6Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
7Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto baking sheets 1" apart. The cookies will not spread and flatten very much.
8Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool.
