Preheat oven to 375.

Cream room temperature butter and splenda together. Add eggs one at a time and mix.

Grind almonds.

In a separate bowl mix, ground almonds, oat bran, salt, protein powder and baking soda.

Add dry mixture 1/2 cup at a time to wet mixture and blend.

Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto baking sheets 1" apart. The cookies will not spread and flatten very much.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool.
