Drain beans and set liquid aside.

Add remaining ingredients to blender or food processor.

Add 1/4 cup of the liquid.

Blend 3-5 minutes on low or until smooth.

Place in serving dish, create a small well in middle of hummus.

Add about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to well.

Garnish with parsley (optional). Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
