Steps
Sequence Step
1Drain beans and set liquid aside.
2Add remaining ingredients to blender or food processor.
3Add 1/4 cup of the liquid.
4Blend 3-5 minutes on low or until smooth.
5Place in serving dish, create a small well in middle of hummus.
6Add about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to well.
7Garnish with parsley (optional). Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
