scald milk, stir in sugar and salt. cool til warm, add eggs and oil.

put yeast and milk mixes in large bowl

stir in 3 -4 cups flour. beat til smooth. stir in rest of flour until is a soft and workable dough

let rest 10 min.

knead 10 min the let rise until doulbled in size or 1 hour

punch down and divide into 4ths

roll out 1 piece to approx. 12x18. spread with 1-2 tbsp butter and sprinkle w. brown and white sugar and cinnamon. roll tightly and pinch seam to shut. cut off discard ends. cut into 12 equal pieces and place in 11x17 pan. (pan will hold 4 rows of 6) repeat with other 3 pieces. you will need 2 11x17 pans.

bake in oven at 400 degrees for approx 10 min.

place cream cheese, butter/margarine, cream, vanilla and powdered sugar in bowl and beat til combined. spread on warm rolls
