Stir till combined. Lightly oil your ramekins and spoon the batter into the ramekins. Place cherries on top and press them into cakes. We used frozen cherries that we let come to room temperature a little

Placed in a 350 degree oven. Bake for about 30- 35 minutes. To tell when these cakes are done – the sides will start to pull away from the ramekin and light to touch.
