1Cut raw chicken into bite size pieces
2Saute chopped onion and chicken in olive oil until chicken is slightly browned
3Add flour and sauté for a couple more minutes
4add salt and pepper
5add water and chicken bullion
6Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes
7add diced potatoes and continue to simmer until potatoes are cooked.
8add salt and pepper to taste
