Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2In a bowl, combine the warm water, sugar and yeast.
3Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
4Add the oil, flour and salt and mix until the dough is formed.
5Knead dough, adding more flour if necessary to avoid stickiness.
6Knead for 5 minutes.
7Place in an oiled bowl, turning the dough to evenly coat with oil.
8Cover with a damp towel and allow dough to rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.
9Remove bowl and divide dough into two portions.
10Roll out each portion into a 14”x10" rectangle.
11to prepare filling: In a bowl, combine butter, sugars, flour and cinnamon.
12Spread mixture over each dough rectangles.
13Roll up lengthwise, seal edges and cut into 1 ½" sections.
14Place on a parchment lined baking sheet ½" apart.
15Cover with a damp towel and allow filling to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
16Bake in the preheated oven for 22-27 minutes, or until golden.
17Allow to cool before applying frosting.
18for the frosting: Using a mixer, combine the cream cheese, yogurt and sugar until creamy.
19Spread over cinnamon rolls and serve.
