Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, combine the warm water, sugar and yeast.

Allow to sit for 5 minutes.

Add the oil, flour and salt and mix until the dough is formed.

Knead dough, adding more flour if necessary to avoid stickiness.

Knead for 5 minutes.

Place in an oiled bowl, turning the dough to evenly coat with oil.

Cover with a damp towel and allow dough to rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.

Remove bowl and divide dough into two portions.

Roll out each portion into a 14”x10" rectangle.

to prepare filling: In a bowl, combine butter, sugars, flour and cinnamon.

Spread mixture over each dough rectangles.

Roll up lengthwise, seal edges and cut into 1 ½" sections.

Place on a parchment lined baking sheet ½" apart.

Cover with a damp towel and allow filling to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 22-27 minutes, or until golden.

Allow to cool before applying frosting.
