Steps
Sequence Step
1Place the yogurt on a 12”x12" square of double-layer cheesecloth.
2Tie the cheesecloth to make a small sack and secure with string.
3Suspend the sack over a glass to drain, using a utensil to hang.
4Allow to drain for at least two hours or overnight (place in refrigerator while draining).
5Once drained, stir in seasonings, and use in place of mustard or mayonnaise as a condiment.
6Store remaining in a covered container in the refrigerator.
7Apply spicy yogurt spread to flatbread or tortilla.
8Arrange ingredients listed in order, starting with the turkey.
9Roll up and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
