Place the yogurt on a 12”x12" square of double-layer cheesecloth.

Tie the cheesecloth to make a small sack and secure with string.

Suspend the sack over a glass to drain, using a utensil to hang.

Allow to drain for at least two hours or overnight (place in refrigerator while draining).

Once drained, stir in seasonings, and use in place of mustard or mayonnaise as a condiment.

Store remaining in a covered container in the refrigerator.

Apply spicy yogurt spread to flatbread or tortilla.
