Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix eggs in a large bowl until well blended, add oatmeal and mix until it''s a mush consistency. Add seasoning, mix. Drain salmon, and add to mixture. Mix well. Add Flour and water for the "glue". Mix well. Cook in a Tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place 1/3 cup of mixture for sandwich size patties, in preheated pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Makes great sandwiches, or break apart and add atop a salad.
