2Grease a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan.
3Whisk together thoroughly the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and baking powder.
4Combine in another bowl the water and vanilla.
5In a large bowl, beat until creamy, about 30 seconds, the butter. Gradually add and beat on high speed until lightened in color and texture the sugar and brown sugar. Beat in egg whites one at a time. Add and beat on low speed until just blended the pumpkin.
6Add the flour mixture.
7Stir until well combined.
8Place in loaf pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
