Combine yeast, water, oil, and sugar. Mix lightly and let stand for 15 min.

On floured counter roll dough into a rectangle. Combine cinnamon and sugar. Cover dough with mixture. Roll dough lengthwise to make one long roll. Slice into 18 slices and place on greased baking sheet. Let rise until doubled in size.
