This recipe is gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and even egg free! Because it's so decadent and rich, it can easily serve 16+ people. It also freezes well.
Crust: Process sunflower kernels, coconut and 1 cup of dates until fine crumbs. Dump into 9" pie pan and press to form the crust. Put in freezer to firm up until the rest of the pie is ready.

Finish: Pour filling into chilled crust and enjoy! Or place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
