Sequence Step
1warm up the water and put the yeast in.
2While the yeast rests for about 10 minutes, mix in a bowl the salt, butter, milk, eggs and 4 cups of flour (save one cup for the kneading). Mix it all and then add the yeast mixture. Mix everything very well until a unified and soft dough.
3Roll dough into a ball and let it rest and grow. To speed this process up put the oven at 125 f, then turn off and let the dough rest in the warm environment for only 2 hours.
4Once the dough is rested and grown, 6 balls and flatten them into the size of a large plate. Cut in triangles ((like a pizza) and place pieces of ham and cheese then roll.
5set the oven at 365 f. And place the "cachitos" in the greased baking sheet. After oven is at the right temp, place them in and bake for 15 minutes. Take them out, brush some egg on top and place back till golden brown. and Done.
