Cook the chicken in a crock pot with 1 large can mild enchilada sauce (shown in ingredients as tomato juice as was not available) and drained black beans and corn for 6 hours.

Shred the chicken - add in can of crushed tomatoes, greek yogurt, fajita seasoning and cut the tortillas into strips and add. Let cook another 30 minutes.
