Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling 1 package (18.50 oz) yellow cake mix 3 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour unbleached 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened Steps Sequence Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2 Grease and flour Bundt pan. 3 Mix by hand first 4 ingredients (cake mix, pie filling, eggs, lemon extract). 4 In separate bowl mix the topping (sugar, flour, butter, lemon extract (again)). 5 Spinkle some topping around bottom of Bundt pan. Spoon in some batter, alternate randomly. Finish with a bit of topping on the top. 6 Bake 40 - 45 minutes 7 NOTE: Can substitute any flavor pie filling - - Apple is great. Also substitute chocolate cake mix and use cherry pie filling. :)
