Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oil.
2Add garlic and cook until softened.
3Add vegetables.
4Add seasoning. Substitue with your favorite flavors.
5Add wine. Substitute with cooking wine such as Sautern.
6Cook until vegetables are fork tender. Add Liquid Aminos.
7Serve over Rice.
