Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre heat pan or griddle to medium heat.
2Mix flours, baking powder, salt together in mixing bowl. Melt butter then let cool and add both eggs add to flour mixture. Add 1/2 cup of milk at a time and stir well until blended. Pour a light 1/2 cup onto heated griddle or pan. When pancakes have bubbles through out then flip over and cook other side. Add blueberries or other fruit into batter before cooking.
