Lightly spray microwaveable bowl with Pam. Add oil, honey, and marshmallows to bowl. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until marshmallows are puffed. Remove bowl from oven.

Add oats, oat bran, rice krispies, flax, walnuts, cranberries, salt, and baking powder to bowl. Stir until well combined.

Press oat mixture in 8x8 inch or 9x9 inch parchment lined pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until brown. Remove from oven and press mixture again. Cool. Cut into 16 squares.
