Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop Chicken Breast into cubes and place in casserole dish.
2Wash potatoes and cut into cubes. Place potatoes in casserole dish.
3Peel and chop onions into eighths. Place in Casserole dish.
4Mix Soy Sauce, Sherry, 1/4 cup Water, Sugar and Chicken Bullion Cube in a small bowl. Pour over Chicken, Potatoes and Onions. Stir through.
5Cover with lid and bake in Moderate Oven for 1hr or until potatoes are tender. Basting regularly.
6Mix rice, salt and 4 cups of water in large microwave proof bowl. Microwave on high for 20mins.
7Serve casserole with steamed rice.
