1combine milk and 1st listed salt
2pour marinade over chicken. hold reigerated at internal temperature of 40 degrees F. or below for at least 2 hours to marinate. drain and disgard excess marinade.
4dredge chicken in seasoned bread crumbs to coat. shake off excess bread crumbs. hold refrigerated at internal temperature of 40 degrees F. or below for use.
5discard leftover seasoned bread crumbs at end of meal period.
6for best quality, cook in batches throughout meal period.
7bake in a 350 degree F. standard oven for 35 minutes or until browned and minimum internal temperature is 165 degrees F. for 15 seconds. remove from pan drain excess fat.
8arrange in service pan. hold hot 140 degrees F. or above for service.
