dredge chicken in seasoned bread crumbs to coat. shake off excess bread crumbs. hold refrigerated at internal temperature of 40 degrees F. or below for use.

discard leftover seasoned bread crumbs at end of meal period.

for best quality, cook in batches throughout meal period.

bake in a 350 degree F. standard oven for 35 minutes or until browned and minimum internal temperature is 165 degrees F. for 15 seconds. remove from pan drain excess fat.
