Blend dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to beaten eggs. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Pour batter into lightly greased loaf pan and smooth top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let cool before slicing.

I added roasted garlic cloves (sliced) and sauteed onion as well as some rosmary seasoning - but feel free to add/adjust to your tastes!
