Heat the oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic; cook, Stiring occasionally, untill fragrent and almost tender, about 2 minutes. In a seprate bowl, dissolve chicken paste or cubes in water. Stir chicken broth, tomatoes with juice, Worcestershire sauce, fresh vegetables, basil and pepper into the pot. Cover and increase heat to high.

When the liquid comes to a boil, stir in the pasta. Reduce the heat to medium-high; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, just untill the pasta is al dente, about 5 to 6 minutes, or according to package instructions.
