Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine butter, brown sugar and honey over medium heat and stir till sugar is dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients, (except half of the sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and the chocolate.) Spread in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle with remaining seeds. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool then turn over and coat the bottom with melted chocolate. Cut into 24 bars
