| 1 | Pour 18 bags 10 oz of frozen sliced carrots in each 4" pan. 7-4"pans. Preferrably use 6-32 oz bags of frozen carrots to each 4"pan. | 2 | Top with 2 sticks margarine in each pan. | 3 | Add 1/2 cup packed brown sugar to each pan. | 4 | Place in steamer for 12-15 min and reaches 140 degrees. | 5 | Serve using 6 oz. ladle. |
