Slice and core 5 apples. Mix in bowl with berries, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup.

Blend 1/2 apple with water to make 2/3 c of juice. Whisk with flour, egg white, and pumpkin spice.

Put apple slices in greased pie dish. Pour on juice mixture. Sprinkle with granola. Press down gently. Bake at 350 F for about 45 min.
