Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1-1/2 tablespoons tahini, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (NOTE: this is NOT the amount called for in the ingredients. Sample after you''ve processed it and add the remainder of these spices if you want it spicier. I always do, but some may not like it as spicey.)
