Melt the chocolate using either a double boiler method or the microwave per the instructions on the package.

Combine beans, agave, coconut oil, prunes, chia and stevia in a food processor and mixed until smooth. You can add a bit of vanilla extract here as well. Blend in the melted chocolate.

Add two eggs and blend again.

Pour into a parchment lined pan. I use a jelly roll pan which gives me thin brownies.
