Cut chicken breast up into chunks and sprinkle with paprika. Spray a large skillet with Pam non-stick spray. Saute chicken, bell pepper, and red onion until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet, divide into six portions. Set aside.

Preheat oven temperature to 500 degrees.
Divide pineapple into 6-1/4 cup servings.
Next divide cheese into 6-1/4 cup servings.

Lay out the six personal pan pizza crust on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam non-stick.

Spoon two tablespoons of BBQ sauce on each pizza crust and spread it evenly. Sprinkle each pizza crust with a portion of the chicken mixture, pineapple,and shredded mozzarella. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and toppings are bubbly.
