Combine Baileys Irish Creme and coffee powder in a small bowl and heat in a microwave about 10 seconds. Stir until dissolved.

In a heavy, deep skillet or pan, combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk and Bailey''s mixture. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.

When mixture comes to a boil, cook and stir for 5 minutes or until mixture comes to a soft ball stage.

Remove from heat and stir in the candy morsels until completely melted.
