1In small bowl, mix flour and baking powder together.
3Once mixture is creamy and fluffy, add vanilla and eggs. Mix on low speed until blended.
4Now, gradually add in the mixture of flour and baking powder with a wooden spoon. Fold in to creamy mixture until evenly blended.
5Take dough out of bowl and make a roll about 2-inches thick. Wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper. Keep dough refrigerated (about 4 hours) until it becomes firm.
6Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
7Grease baking sheets lightly.
8Cut roll into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place on baking sheet about 1-inch apart from each other.
9Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until color changes to light golden brown. (This will depend on size of cookie)
10Take out of the oven and let cool for 3 minutes.
