Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat olive oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Add onion, and sauté about 5 min or until soft and translucent. Add beef and cook, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Add salt and next three ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 more min or until beef is cooked through. Add garlic and cook 1 more min.
2Add balsamic vinegar and wine and cook about 1 min or until slightly reduced. Add tomato and reduce heat to low. Cook 15 min stirring occasionally until sauce thickens. Stir 1-1/2 T each fresh basil and oregano.
3Combine cottage cheese, ricotta, eggs, and remaining fresh herbs in a medium bowl, stir to combine.
