1Preheat oven to 350, Grease a 8 inch cake tin. Put coconut mile and coconut together in a bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add mashed bananas flour arrowroot sugar and condensed milk to the bowl and mix to combine. Spoon mixture into tin and bake for 50 minutes. Allow to cool before turning out. Serve with ice cream. Serves 4.
