Sequence Step
1Add milk to a sauce pan and heat over low flame.
2Mix in the cocoa powder, then the gelatin, and then the eggs, and stir constantly until thermometer reaches 175 degrees
3Remove the saucepan from the stove and immediately put it in cold water to cool it down.
4Once it has cooled down a bit, add the sugar substitute, and vanilla
5Put the mixture in the fridge for at least a few hours.
6To make ice cream, 15 minutes in the ice cream maker.
