Add milk to a sauce pan and heat over low flame.

Mix in the cocoa powder, then the gelatin, and then the eggs, and stir constantly until thermometer reaches 175 degrees

Remove the saucepan from the stove and immediately put it in cold water to cool it down.

Once it has cooled down a bit, add the sugar substitute, and vanilla

Put the mixture in the fridge for at least a few hours.
