Season eggs with salt, rosemary, basil and pepper and beat until combined.

Preheat a small to medium skillet to medium low heat and then add oil.

Once oil is heated in pan, pour in the eggs and swirl until they cover the bottom of pan
When eggs appear to be setting, carefully lift edges of eggs with spatula and flip over,
add all vegetables and herbs, cheese last and fold over
Remove from pan and serve
