Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

mix both flours and baking soda in medium bowl

add truvia and poppy seeds and set aside

in a seperate small bowl wisk eggs, lemon juice, zest and coconut oil and add to flour mixture as well. stir well.

lightly spray 9 tins with olive oil spray. evenly divide batter among tins

bake 30-35 min 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
