1Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
2mix both flours and baking soda in medium bowl
3add truvia and poppy seeds and set aside
4in a seperate small bowl wisk eggs, lemon juice, zest and coconut oil and add to flour mixture as well. stir well.
5lightly spray 9 tins with olive oil spray. evenly divide batter among tins
6bake 30-35 min 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
