Dissolve yeast in water and honey.

Add 2 cups of whole wheat flour, and mix well. Let rise 10 minutes.

Add salt, oil, and rest of flour, knead it and let rise for 30 minutes.

Divide dough and form into rolls.

Put in sprayed pan and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
