1Mix canola oil, cornstarch mixture, Spenda and vanilla well in a good-sized bowl.
2In a seperate bowl, sift flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder together.
3Add oats to this mixture.
4Add the dry mixture to the wet one and mix well.
5Mix in raisins.
6Form the dough into small balls or patties on a greased cookie sheet.
7Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for about 10 minutes, or until they are done when tested with a toothpick.
