Sequence Step
1if using frozen rhubarb and cherries, measure frozen. Chop rhubarb into 1/2 inch slices. Pit Cherries.
2Put rhubarb, cherries, and sugar into a non reactive pan and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat until fruit breaks down to the consistency desired and jam thickens.
3Place in canning jars and process for 10 minutes
