Sequence Step
1Cook first 5 ingredients in a dutch oven until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain; stir in next 12 ingredients. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Remove Bay leaves; stir in burgundy. Spoon sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese.
