In a small covered saucepan, bring quinoa and almond milk to a boil.

Turn the heat down to low-medium and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Uncover and add honey, butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt.

Stir until combined, cooking 5 minutes more until all of the liquid is evaporated.

Top each serving with sliced bananas and chopped walnuts.

Drizzle with a touch of maple syrup (optional.)
