| 1 | In a medium sized bowl, add flours and baking powder. Set aside. | 2 | In a small bowl, mash banana and blend with 1/4 cup of milk until there are not lumps. | 3 | Add banana milk to flour/baking powder and remaining milk. Mix until dry ingredients are incorporated.
* Add more milk if a thinner batter is desired. | 4 | Fold in nuts and blueberries. | 5 | Heat pan with oil and add batter to make pancakes to desired size. * I used coconut oil. | 6 | Cook thoroughly, browning on each side and serve. |
