Steps
Sequence Step
1In a medium sized bowl, add flours and baking powder. Set aside.
2In a small bowl, mash banana and blend with 1/4 cup of milk until there are not lumps.
3Add banana milk to flour/baking powder and remaining milk. Mix until dry ingredients are incorporated. * Add more milk if a thinner batter is desired.
4Fold in nuts and blueberries.
5Heat pan with oil and add batter to make pancakes to desired size. * I used coconut oil.
6Cook thoroughly, browning on each side and serve.
