1Combine mayonnaise, salt, red pepper, cider vinegar, and mustard seeds in a large bowl stirring with a whisk.
2Taste and add Stevia to taste to very slightly sweeten. Mix well.
3Add remaining ingredients, and toss to coat. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
